Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning massive earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would derail the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the usual face-off, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it emphasized just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is actually going ahead.
